The hotel is okay overall, in the Siemens town, next to the subway. Not too much service, some at the front desk are good, some are not smiling, but also charge extra for breakfast. Later, I will go to the exhibition and change places.

Location is awesome. It's almost like living in a park atmosphere. Lots of walking trails nearby, close to downtown and most of the major tourist attractions, but still in a quiet area. Public transit is readily available (bus stop right across the street, and several trams within short walking distance). Front desk staff were incredible throughout our 5-day stay there -- from check-in to check out. As we were in Germany to assist a family member, ours was more like a working holiday than a relaxing one and although our personal circumstances were seemingly constantly in flux, the staff were EXTREMELY courteous and helpful in adapting our reservations several times. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. There is a nice beer garden in the back where you can get an early start on ”the German experience”, but don't worry about all-night partying or rowdiness...it closes around 9:00 p.m. so, even though we had a room right above it, the noise was never an issue. Rooms are well-soundproofed so getting a good night's sleep was never a problem either. I would give this place more stars if possible, primary due to the outstanding staff and service provided during our stay. This will definitely be our ”go-to” place whenever we are in Berlin.

Loved this hotel from the minute I checked in till the time I left after a four night stay over New Year. Great location, short walk from Central railway station, quiet, and with food shops, cafes etc on the doorstep. The hotel is super modern, super clean, with great art throughout & a chilled out vibe from the hotels common areas. Rooms are comfortable & have everything you need for a great stay. Comfy bed & power shower. The staff are super helpful, super friendly which adds extract value to the stay. The free coffee & water available in the foyer was very much appreciated. Can’t wait to return, Wunderbar!

The hotel is very good, the room is large and the breakfast is very good. It is very clean inside. That is, the surrounding may be new, a little deserted, and go out to meet, because I met a deep well ice tramp to grab the phone. But the hotel is really very good!

The location is good, it is very convenient to go to various attractions, and you can walk or take public transportation. Shopping around is very convenient. Reception front desk and doorman service are very good and very polite. The hotel's decoration style is more ancient, and it doesn't matter if it is different from person to person. It is difficult to comment. What the individual doesn't like is the breakfast mode provided by the hotel. The buffet style on the table is only a small variety of bread, butter, cheese, sliced meat, a little fruit, a little juice and so on. Any omelet or egg, or sausage, or hot vegetables, must be ordered in a variety of language menus provided by a single door. Although the speed of serving after ordering is OK, the taste is average and even disappointing. The taste of the drink is average. The overall feeling of the hotel's breakfast quality is not worth the price it sells. In particular, if you are accustomed to eating a self-service rich breakfast, you may not be able to adapt to this breakfast mode.

This is a fabulous base for your stay in Berlin, located in a vibrant part of the city close to public transport. I almost didn’t book here because of the very equivocal recent reviews - I’m so glad I looked passed those reviews, noting that Booking.com rates the hotel at 8.6, which is excellent. Let’s start with all the negative comments on TripAdvisor that have been made about this place which are simply NOT true in my experience. 1. All the windows are double glazed, and our apartment on level 4 had direct line of sight to the train station. Not a single train screech or vehicle noise did we hear. These rooms are super quiet. 2. Yes, this is a self service hotel. PIN code for building and room entry, WhatsApp help if things go wrong. Although there was a staff member at the reception desk when we arrived, we did not expect anyone to be available. Everything worked as anticipated. Flawless. 3. The Intimate Suite that we booked for 10 days was considerably larger than expected - one large living space with a sofa, dining table and four chairs, mini built-in desk, open balcony with metal table and chair, small kitchenette and adequate sized bedroom with closet and safe. High ceilings made the space feel voluminous and light. People need to simply make sure they are booking the appropriate sized room - like in any hotel. Don’t choose tiny and cheap if you want space to swing the cat. 4. There is no servicing of the room / apartment during your stay. This is made clear on the website. People who complain about this simply didn’t read the hotel conditions on the Numa website. Extra towels and toilet rolls are available in the laundry room if you need them. 5. Admittedly the kitchenette is small and the layout a little perplexing. The microwave on a shelf above head height is an obvious health and safety issue and would not be permitted in many jurisdictions. There is no toaster and limited bench space. There is a mini bar style fridge, ceramic cooktop, sink, cooktop exhaust, Nespresso machine and a few basic crockery and cutlery items, as well as a frypan and cooking pot. OK, you’re no going to cook the family Sunday roast dinner for 10 in this kitchenette; there are gazillions of nearby restaurants for that. 6. Although there is one washer and one dryer for the building, it is operated by the WeWash app, where you can book your time. Super convenient and the hotel provides free laundry detergent. Wash costs €2.50 and dryer €2.00. We didn’t have a problem using the washer and dryer when we wanted. The dials on both machines are in German, but the QR code on the wall with the instructions for use also provides the user manual in multiple languages. Extra stars ⭐️ for this hotel: The hotel air-con worked a treat during the 35C days - unlike a few previous hotels in Scotland and Norway that struggled under the strain of lesser temperatures. Nearby (50 meters, open till 10pm) Lidl supermarket has everything you need - food, booze, toiletries.

The location of the hotel is very good, with a subway/tram station next to it, and convenient transportation. There are many shopping shops nearby, and it is not far from the Haak Market. It is very convenient to eat, drink and play. The room is large, there is a hidden induction cooker, and there are kitchen utensils in the cabinet, which is very suitable for friends who want to cook for themselves.I really like the washing and care products in the room. The soap is black, which is very special.

We always tend to stay here when in Berlin as the location is perfect for the gay area. Hotel staff are very friendly & accommodating. Room was warm & comfy but some of the furnishings are looking a little outdated now. Cleaner didn’t automatically come every day which was disappointing - no doubt another ridiculous Covid19 rule. The fridges with minibar seem to have been removed from the room which is a little annoying - shall we blame covid19 for that too?! The hotel also expects you to wear face masks which is a bit unnecessary as you can walk round any bar, restaurant, or shopping centre now without the need for a mask. I don’t blame the staff In the hotel for this rule but the company needs to get a grip & realise that most travellers are fully vaccinated now. How else could we have got to Germany in the first place? Having said that, we would stay here again as overall the facilities & location are good.

The hotel is nice and very good. It is especially suitable for traveling with children. It is also a good choice for business trips because the floors are very high and the scenery is particularly good. It is also very close to the attractions, basically you can reach it on foot. Hotel was great! The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Although there was no air con, the windows sufficient efficiently enough and there was also free WiFi! Would recommend again. However the elderly woman receptionist was VERY rude which made us feel uncomfortable and not wanting to ask for advice on food/places to visit from her as she was very patronising. The other receptionists were lovely and always said hello when seeing us, apart from this one woman. It’s a shame to have a bad person on front of house, as everything else was superb

I have seen many hotels in Berlin and this one is by far the cleanest/most hygenic one! Especially now during Corona times, they literally send their cleaning team to sanitize door handles etc. every hour and they have a full no-contact check-in and check-out system that works by a telephone service that is always there for you. The cozy rooms and excellent location at Rosethaler Platz makes the stay just perfect. A secret tip: ask for one of their ”signature rooms”, created by local Berlin artists (no additional costs charged). Definitely a recommendation for everyone!

The whole building is the first time the youth hostel of the hostel has seen it. I felt a mixed room for eight people. People from various countries came in and said hi without chatting, like five girls and three boys. After check-in, you have to pick up your pillowcase and sheets by yourself across from the elevator. The eight-person room has storage boxes under the bed, as well as its own locker. The public bathroom is fairly clean

Because we are two girls to go to Berlin to play, so it is quite important to stay safe. The location of this home is very good, there are subways, supermarkets, commercial streets, and Chinese restaurants (the reviews are quite high, but I did not eat). It can be considered as a quiet place. The hotel is quiet near the hotel. It will go back around 11:00 in the middle of the night. There will be no strange people wandering around. But after a five-minute ten minute walk to the commercial street, curry36 also has a branch there. The hotel looks like it will be after 3 pm, but you can leave your luggage in advance. A credit card guarantee is required before check-in, and if not, a debit card is also available. The English at the front desk is also good. (In addition, the iced peach steam in the lobby is very good) I live like a suite, 59 flat. Is the entrance to the living room? There is a sofa TV or something, going inside is a bed, a wall behind the bed is a table, you can make tea or coffee. The wardrobe is also over there. Overall it feels quite big, there are two bathrooms, the shower and the bathtub are separated in the bathroom. (The only downside is that the bath water is easy to overflow, and the bathroom is a wooden floor. It takes a long time to step on it. It feels a bit uneven.) Breakfast did not eat, so I don't know, the overall is a good hotel, not expensive, the service is not bad.

I booked the hotel for a recent business trip. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, unfortunately the S-Bahn stop is 10min walk away. Booking was made through booking.com, I recommend to book one night through any of the booking platforms. When I wanted to extend for an extra night, they quoted a higher rate and only lowered it, when I mentioned what the platform price was. Space for improvements: - I asked in the morning where to have breakfast - instead of recommending their own breakfast they suggested a take away bakery 10min walk away. - Cleaning the showers has to be more thorough - mold in the corners of the shower

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

The location is not bad. I went with my husband with a baby less than one year old. The bed is very big. Enough for the three of us to sleep, with room to spare. The drinks in the refrigerator are free, which is good~But the baby can see a lot of dust crawling on the ground...the conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom are gone...and they are not full. It is said that there is a children's playground in this hotel, but the epidemic is closed. . . .

Hotel room was small and clean. Great quiet location.Large reception area. Will stop there again without hesitation. Will never book through Trip.com again. Both flights were cancelled. Ryan Air informed us for the departure so we changed to the night before arriving late and extra nights accommodation needed. The app still has us flying on the original date. The return flight was cancelled and the app stated we were checked in and even gave details of check in gate. This meant another night in a hotel and hundreds of pounds extra to fly the next morning. The app is useless. Book direct with the airline and watch Google as it steers you towards Trip.com automatically. The helpline does not answer the phone. Generic answers are useless just like Trip.com Please publish this!

We spent 3 days at Gorki last week, slightly early Valentine’s trip. We love it as it’s just easy here, spacious apartment, clean, modern, great location and in one of the best cities in world! We cooked one day and ate out the rest of the time. With so many bars and restaurants within walking distance, you are spoilt for choice! Regarding the review below, not sure what that’s about, we’ve never had any issues, hence our third visit and not our last. Also, we just loaded the dishwasher ourself, we didn’t need the room attendant to do it! Love the personal service too, when we booked our visit, Constance messaged me the list of rooms to choose from, from the category we had booked. This was great as each apartment is different, no 2 are exactly the same. We are working our away across the different categories :) We asked for a late check out and were told it was €50, we declined that, but we were able to stay in the room until 1pm. We’ll be back in the summer, see you then!

The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the waiters were very good. The business ability needs to be improved. There were some errors in this check-in. Fortunately, Ctrip's customers are as good as ever to help solve the problem. In non-English-speaking countries, the waiters are not very good in English, and the communication will be biased, so hotel orders must be brought along. In addition, there are many agents on the Ctrip hotel platform. In addition, I ate dinner at the hotel at more than 10 pm, and it was amazing. And the swimming pool is very nice.

Before I comment the hotel, I would really like to mention the Receptionist Mo!! He was at the check in when I got there, and immediately saw his positive energy and vibe and at the same time professionalism, which is very important as it’s the first impression when you step in the hotel. He also speaks couple of foreign languages such as Russian, English, Italian, German... I am working as a GM of Korcula Hill Resort in Croatia, and I have to say that every hotel should have at least one Mo!!! Very smart and polite guy, and really hope he will be soon upgraded to a higher position in the company as I’m sure he’s capable of managing more complexed stuff, situations and business decisions. Amazing guy!! Also, another young receptionist Ane, I loved talking to her on Spanish and we laughed a lot during my stay. Very cool persona and her English, is just brilliant with nice accent! As A Moxy lover, I have to say that this Hotel, again, was very modern, cool, funky, colors and decoration everywhere, the Vespa at the entrance... Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the view not bad at all. Water pressure in the shower was perfect! Breakfast was good too. The location is great, only 300m to the S Bahn/U Bahn lines, very good connection with the city and Tegel Airport. I believe the Gym is great as well, it must be a stunning view at the area around the hotel... If you want a 5 star service and you don’t want to pay the fortune for it, book immediately this hotel!
